Health Consultations and Assessments
We are a functional medicine primary care office which means we utilize all modalities of healing to form individualized care plans for each individual. We believe that the body is fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of our creator, and that our natural state of health is one of balance and sustained wellness and vitality. Everything in the human body is interconnected and we treat each person as a unique individual with multifunctional systems.
Before your first visit you will complete comprehensive intake paperwork so that we can study you, and be prepared to help you in the way you need us to help you. Your initial consultation will consist of discussion about your most concerning health problems along with an extensive history and physical examination. We will identify root causes and order any diagnostic testing that you may need at this visit, or plan to order testing at appropriate intervals. We will plan to provide rapid relief for symptoms that can be helped right away at this visit as well.
You will return in 1-4 weeks for reassessment and review of diagnostic test results. At this visit, we will develop a care plan of therapies and future follow up visits, to help you achieve balance and restoration of health.
